About the Role

We're looking for a proactive, hands-on Ecommerce Operations Manager to own day-to-day ecommerce operations and help scale our business. You'll run order processing, maintain inventory accuracy, manage marketplace workflows, train staff on SOPs, and implement improvements that prevent stockouts and increase efficiency. This role suits someone with 3 to 4 years of e-commerce experience who wants to take ownership and grow into a senior managerial role.

Key Responsibilities

Create, document, and maintain SOPs for daily ecommerce tasks (picking, packing, returns, FBA workflows). Assign and monitor daily tasks for warehouse & operations staff; coach team members by strength. Evaluate, recommend, and help implement an inventory/order management tool (e.g., Zoho or Unicommerce or OMS Guru) Maintain daily inventory accuracy after order picking, packing, and return processing. Coordinate with account managers for marketplace shipments (Amazon FBA, Flipkart, etc.). Produce and share weekly reorder lists and ensure SKUs do not go out of stock. Download and analyze marketplace reports; teach team how to interpret them and take actions. Track slow-moving SKUs and implement corrective actions (discounts, promotions, coordinate with Ads). Verify daily returns and ensure claims are filed where applicable. Drive continuous process improvements and report operational metrics to management.
Requirements

2-3 years of hands-on experience in ecommerce operations, inventory management, or marketplace operations. Practical familiarity with marketplaces such as Amazon.in, Flipkart, Shopify store Experience using inventory/order management tools (Zoho Inventory, Unicommerce). Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills and ability to produce basic operational reports. Excellent communication and people management skills -- proven ability to assign tasks and get results. Problem-solver with attention to detail and ownership mentality.
Preferred

Experience with Amazon FBA and marketplace backend tools. Previous experience building SOPs and training on-the-ground warehouse staff. Comfortable in a fast-paced, growing ecommerce environment.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
