Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented E-Commerce Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day online business operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth order processing, inventory management, logistics coordination, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily e-commerce operations across platforms. Monitor and optimize order fulfillment, inventory, and dispatch processes. Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely deliveries and returns handling. Work closely with the customer service team to resolve escalations. Track operational KPIs, prepare performance reports, and identify process improvements. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to streamline operations. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or related field. 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce operations management. Strong knowledge of order management systems, inventory handling, and logistics. Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP tools. Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
