Job Description

Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end order processing across all e-commerce portals (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, Meesho, Website). Oversee pickups, returns, RTO, and claims reconciliation. Ensure accurate inventory management, audits, and stock sync between ERP/OMSGuru and portals. Coordinate with warehouse & operations team for smooth dispatches. Monitor and maintain returns data, courier issues, and claim settlements. Ensure timely reporting (daily/weekly/monthly MIS) to management on orders, returns, claims, and inventory. Implement process discipline & SOP adherence across the operations team. Support integration of tools (e.g., OMSGuru, ERP, courier dashboards). Collaborate with the sales team for demand planning and stock allocation. Identify gaps in operations and suggest process improvements.

Qualifications:

Graduate in any stream (MBA preferred). 3-5 years' experience in e-commerce operations/inventory management. Proven knowledge of order processing, claims & returns handling. Hands-on experience with OMSGuru, ERP systems, and Excel reporting. Strong team handling, communication, and problem-solving skills. Must be detail-oriented, reliable, and disciplined.
