, you will handle end-to-end order processes, maintain documentation standards, coordinate with teams and vendors, and drive operational excellence. A basic understanding of business analysis is preferred.

Candidate Requirements

Strong communication skills Documentation and reporting abilities Effective coordination with both internal and external stakeholders Basic business analysis concepts (formal BA experience not mandatory) Experience handling diverse ecommerce and online shopping portals Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel Analytical and problem-solving skills Experience in sales/purchase order creation Ability to generate & reconcile daily/weekly MIS reports Meticulous approach to documentation and process accuracy Capability to work independently and in teams Excellent organizational and time management skills Positive attitude and eagerness to learn Multitasking and priority management Sense of ownership and accountability

Responsibilities

Oversee complete sales-to-order processes for online portals Create/manage sales and purchase orders from ecommerce platforms Generate and reconcile daily/weekly MIS reports Coordinate with suppliers, logistics, sales, and other teams Maintain accurate records and documentation for all transactions Operate/update assigned portals for product listings and sales Support process improvement utilizing foundational business analysis skills Take ownership of assigned ecommerce activities and ensure accountability Adapt and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
