Order Management
Process and manage daily orders from
Amazon, Shopify, and all assigned portals

Coordinate with packaging & dispatch team for timely shipments.
Track order status until successful delivery.
Handle order cancellations, returns, and refunds.
Inventory Coordination
Reports & Analytics: Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Product Listings & Optimization
Make designs for regular social media post (using canva )
