Position Overview

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented

Ecommerce Operations Executive

to manage order fulfillment, product listings, and inventory for multiple ecommerce platforms. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth day-to-day operations across

Amazon, Flipkart, and our own website (Rudra Centre)

, while maintaining accuracy and efficiency in processes.

Key Responsibilities

Order Fulfillment

: Manage daily orders from Amazon, Flipkart, and Rudra Centre website. Ensure accurate picking, packing, and timely dispatch of products. Coordinate with courier partners for smooth deliveries.

Inventory Management

: Monitor and update stock levels across platforms. Coordinate with procurement/warehouse team for replenishment. Avoid stock-outs and overselling through proactive checks.

Cataloging & Listing Management

: Upload and manage product listings on Amazon and Flipkart. Optimize listings with correct keywords, descriptions, and attributes. Regularly review and update product pricing for competitiveness.

Website Orders Handling

: Process and manage customer orders placed through Rudra Centre website. Ensure smooth order lifecycle from payment confirmation to shipment.

Data & Reporting

: Maintain daily operational records in Excel. Generate basic reports (sales, stock, orders). Use formulas like

VLOOKUP

and

Pivot Tables

(preferred).

Requirements

Education

: Graduation in any stream.

Experience

: Previous experience in handling

Amazon/Flipkart order management

is preferable. Freshers with good learning attitude will also be considered.

Skills

: Basic knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP & Pivot preferred). Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Good communication skills.

Salary & Benefits

Salary

: ₹20,000+ (based on experience and skills). Performance-based growth opportunities. Exposure to multiple ecommerce platforms and end-to-end operations.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
