Monitor and process incoming food orders on the platform
Coordinate with kitchen and delivery teams to ensure timely dispatch
Update and manage menu items, prices, and availability in the system
Ensure accuracy of product listings, descriptions, and images
Track delivery performance and handle escalations with logistics partners
Analyze order trends and generate daily/weekly reports
Handle order cancellations, refunds, and customer concerns related to operations
Coordinate with the marketing team to implement offers and campaigns
Ensure platform uptime, bug reporting, and resolution with the tech team
Maintain records of inventory (if applicable)
Key Skills & Requirements:
Knowledge of e-commerce platforms or order management systems
Strong communication and coordination skills
Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets
Problem-solving attitude and ability to work under pressure
Familiarity with food delivery operations is a plus
Minimum qualification: Graduate (preferred in business/operations/logistics)
Prior experience in food delivery, logistics, or e-commerce (preferred)
