Role Overview
The
E-Commerce Operations Executive
will be responsible for managing product listings, order fulfillment, coordination with internal teams, and ensuring a seamless online customer experience. This role provides
significant cross-functional learning exposure
--working closely with marketing, sales, supply chain, and finance teams to optimize performance across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and update product listings, pricing, and inventory across various e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, brand website, etc.).
Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely order dispatch and delivery.
Track and analyze key performance metrics such as sales trends, order accuracy, and return rates.
Collaborate with marketing and design teams for campaign coordination, promotions, and product launches.
Handle day-to-day operational issues, including order escalations, vendor coordination, and stock reconciliation.
Prepare sales and performance reports to support management decisions.
Support catalog management, content accuracy, and quality control to maintain brand standards online.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in
e-commerce operations, online retail, or order management.
Strong Excel and data-handling skills; experience with marketplace dashboards (Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub) preferred.
Excellent coordination and multitasking abilities.
Detail-oriented with good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Team player with strong communication skills and an eagerness to learn from
cross-functional collaboration
