Job Summary

A rapidly growing eCommerce company in Manchester, Connecticut, USA, is looking to bring on another team member to assist in managing daily operations. This is full-time, FULLY REMOTE (Working from Home) with great benefits for someone who already has or wants to become a talented e-commerce professional. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working, reliable individual able to undertake various warehouse support tasks and work diligently under pressure. The person will be comfortable working with great attention to detail and discretion and will be a multi-tasker.

An individual who believes in themselves and enjoys solving problems related to online selling platforms in the USA is an ideal candidate for this job. A company will provide you with training and support as you get started in our company and help you to achieve your career goals by providing ongoing training.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Sourcing new products from vendors and following up when needed. Submitting purchase orders to vendors and maintaining a healthy relationship with the vendor. Manage Product Listings, Customer support, listing optimization, Inventory management. Support day-to-day operation in the warehouse to ensure smooth functioning and running of all warehouse-concerning activities. Follow standard operating procedures and work methodology. Possessing a comprehensive understanding of material/stock management techniques and inventory control methods and procedures. Able to sit and work from a laptop for 8 hours daily long shift. Communicate to different team members about the status of assigned tasks and follow up as needed using standard Microsoft Office software. High proficiency and experience with Microsoft Office applications like Word, Excel, and Outlook. Able to work 8 hours shifts from 7:30 am to 4 pm EST with 30 min break time. Record and manage all impaired or damaged merchandise items as per company standards. Enter data in inventory and logistics software programs. Ability to follow company standards, processes, and procedures accurately. Delivering excellent customer service to clients who visit the warehouse.

Qualification Requirements

Must be over the age of 18 with an internet connection and laptop. The ideal candidate will have excellent research skills, a strong understanding of online selling e-comm platforms, and general computer operating skills. If you are a detail-oriented self-starter who is well-versed in selling on online platforms like Amazon, eBay, and Walmart, we would love to hear from you. Good communication, organizational, team player, time management mathematical skills. Dependable and Reliable. Inventory, Equipment maintenance, data entry, and computer skills are required. Systems improvement experience. Flexible for overtime work during busy / peak times. Working understanding of English.
