A rapidly growing eCommerce company in Manchester, Connecticut, USA, is looking to bring on another team member to assist in managing daily operations. This is full-time, FULLY REMOTE (Working from Home) with great benefits for someone who already has or wants to become a talented e-commerce professional. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Sourcing new products from vendors and following up when needed.
Submitting purchase orders to vendors and maintaining a healthy relationship with the vendor.
Manage Product Listings, Customer support, listing optimization, Inventory management.
Support day-to-day operation in the warehouse to ensure smooth functioning and running of all warehouse-concerning activities.
Follow standard operating procedures and work methodology.
Possessing a comprehensive understanding of material/stock management techniques and inventory control methods and procedures.
Able to sit and work from a laptop for 8 hours daily long shift.
Communicate to different team members about the status of assigned tasks and follow up as needed using standard Microsoft Office software.
High proficiency and experience with Microsoft Office applications like Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Able to work 8 hours shifts from 7:30 am to 4 pm EST with 30 min break time.
Record and manage all impaired or damaged merchandise items as per company standards.
Enter data in inventory and logistics software programs.
Ability to follow company standards, processes, and procedures accurately.
Delivering excellent customer service to clients who visit the warehouse.
Qualification Requirements

Must be over the age of 18 with an internet connection and laptop.
The ideal candidate will have excellent research skills, a strong understanding of online selling e-comm platforms, and general computer operating skills.

Good communication, organizational, team player, time management mathematical skills.
Dependable and Reliable.
Inventory, Equipment maintenance, data entry, and computer skills are required.
Systems improvement experience.
Flexible for overtime work during busy / peak times.
Working understanding of English.
