Job Summary



We are hiring a detail-oriented and customer-focused

E-commerce Operations & Customer Support Executive

to manage online order processing, customer interactions, and backend coordination with our production and delivery teams. This role plays a key part in ensuring a seamless customer experience from order placement to delivery.

Key Responsibilities Customer Handling (Online Platforms)



Respond to customer inquiries, issues, and complaints from various online platforms (e.g., Amazon, TataCliq, Website) Provide timely updates on order status, delivery tracking, and resolutions Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication

Order Processing & Fulfillment



Process incoming orders across platforms and coordinate internally for packaging and dispatch Ensure accuracy in order details including products, quantities, and addresses Coordinate with logistics partners for timely pickups and deliveries

Delivery Tracking & Issue Resolution



Monitor all dispatched orders and proactively track delivery status Handle return requests, complaints, and delivery exceptions Maintain records of delayed, canceled, or disputed deliveries and ensure timely follow-up

Coordination with Internal Teams



Share daily order reports and delivery schedules with the production/packaging team Update internal teams about urgent or priority orders Assist in stock level monitoring and reorder planning in coordination with inventory teams

Skills & Qualifications



Graduate in any discipline (preferred: BBA/B.Com or related fields) 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce operations or customer service roles Strong verbal and written communication skills (Hindi & English) Basic knowledge of order management systems and Excel Familiarity with platforms like Amazon etc. is an advantage
