E Commerce Operations Executive (dark Stores; 4 9 Years)
Job Description
Responsibilities: Manage operations at the dark store for D2C Clients. Work closely with D2C/E-Commerce Brands and support them in expansion/growth in Mumbai. Ensure a streamlined Supply Chain across dark stores to drive 100% success rate in Same-Day Fulfillment & meet SLAs. Responsible for managing & motivating teams at office-cum-dark store (inventory controllers, pickers, packers, store captains, delivery fleets). Weekly audits, COD reconciliation, and MIS reporting to Management. Good To Have: Prior 4-9 years of Operations or Warehousing Experience. Strong understanding of E-Commerce/Supply Chain/Warehousing/Logistics tech companies.
