Maintain and update operational dashboards and performance reports.
Coordinate with courier/logistics partners for smooth deliveries.
Handle order issues, returns, and customer shipment queries.
Ensure accuracy in inventory and order status updates.
Requirements:
Graduate with 1-3 years' experience in e-commerce or logistics operations.
Hands-on experience with platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, or similar.
Strong Excel/dashboard management skills.
Excellent coordination and communication abilities.
Preference for candidates from e-commerce or logistics companies.
