Role Overview

We are seeking a versatile and detail-oriented professional who can manage

e-commerce operations

alongside

drafting/design support

. The role involves handling online order processing, product and inventory management, documentation, and preparing/updating technical drawings for furniture or related products. This position requires strong coordination skills, multitasking ability, and basic technical knowledge to effectively support both operations and design teams.

Key Responsibilities

Check, process, and manage orders on e-commerce portals such as

Amazon, Pepperfry, Flipkart

, etc. Create

OPFs

, send

PO acceptances

, and coordinate invoicing with the finance team. Upload new products, update inventory, and resolve portal-related issues. Assist in shipment planning, label printing, and preparation of online documentation. Prepare

2D/3D product drawings

using

AutoCAD / SketchUp

as per requirements. Update and modify existing designs based on client feedback or production needs. Maintain accurate records of drawings, orders, and product-related data. Share quotations, prepare reports, and support daily coordination across teams.
Skills Required

Knowledge of

e-commerce portals and order management processes

. Proficiency in

AutoCAD and/or SketchUp

(drafting skills). Working knowledge of

MS Office

(Excel, Word, Outlook). Good coordination and communication skills. Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask effectively.
Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in

Mechanical / Civil Engineering

(preferred).

1-3 years of experience

in e-commerce operations and drafting/design support.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
