Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive

E-commerce Operations Associate

to join our growing team at our warehouse in

Sitapura Industrial Area, Jaipur

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day e-commerce operations including order processing, inventory management, dispatch, and handling returns/exchanges.

Key Responsibilities

Order Processing:

Accurately process customer orders received from various online platforms in a timely manner.

Dispatch & Courier Coordination:

Pack and dispatch orders through designated courier partners, ensuring timely pickups.

Inventory Management:

Conduct regular stock counts, maintain inventory accuracy, and update records accordingly.

Stock Inward & Outward:

Manage incoming and outgoing inventory with proper documentation and system updates.

Returns & Exchanges:

Handle customer returns and exchanges efficiently, ensuring items are logged, inspected, and restocked.

Qualifications & Skills

Experience:

2-3 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce operations, preferably in a warehouse or fulfillment environment.

Education:

Minimum graduate in any stream.

Language:

Good communication skills in English, both written and spoken.

Technical Skills:

Proficient in using computers, email, Excel, and basic inventory/order management systems.

Commute:

Must be willing to travel daily to our warehouse in

Sitapura Industrial Area

, Jaipur.
