Job Description

Oversee and drive our online presence across multiple e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and more as they are added.

Responsible for the day-to-day operations of an online store, including logistics, inventory levels to maintain optimal stock and fulfillment efficiency.

Create, edit, and optimize new product listings to maximize visibility and engagement.

Conduct regular audits to improve product rankings and customer reach through keywords, descriptions, and visuals.

Track and manage daily orders, ensuring timely and accurate order processing and fulfillment.

Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, or order issues with a customer-first approach.

Maintain an organized database of customer orders and feedback to enable data-driven decision-making.

Monitor and analyze customer reviews, leveraging insights to enhance product offerings and service quality.

Monitor inventory levels, track shipments, and coordinate with warehouse/fulfillment teams to minimize delays.

Develop engaging product videos and creative content for Ecommerce platforms.

Oversee packaging for online orders, ensuring all items meet quality standards and are securely packed for transit.

Implement best practices to enhance packaging efficiency, reduce waste, and improve the customer unboxing experience.
