Mystore Seller App comes with comprehensive features like inventory management, order management, order notifications, complete transaction details, automatic GST calculations etc. to help the sellers run and manage their business easily.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide a seamless seller and customer experience.
Manage store operations such as inventory, and order processing.
Deliver eCommerce customer support, handling inbound queries and outbound calls in English (knowledge of additional languages is an advantage).
Address seller and customer queries promptly while building strong professional relationships.
Develop SOPs and contribute to continuous process improvements.
Ensure eCommerce activities align with business objectives.
Manage escalations effectively, ensuring quick resolutions and a positive customer experience.
Coordinate with logistics partners for timely dispatch & delivery of orders.
Monitor shipment tracking, delivery TAT, and ensure SLA adherence.
Handle reverse logistics (returns, replacements, refunds) effectively.
Identify and resolve last-mile delivery issues and non-serviceable pin codes.
Track and reduce RTO (Return to Origin) % by ensuring better address validation & customer communication.
Core Competencies
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and improve decision-making.
Hands-on customer experience with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Good understanding of eCommerce operations, seller management, and customer support.
Basic Excel proficiency for reporting and tracking performance.
Self-starter with strong multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills.
Composure in handling escalations and maintaining service standards.
Multilingual proficiency is an added advantage
