The E-commerce Operations Executive will manage day-to-day online marketplace operations, ensure smooth order processing, inventory accuracy, timely dispatches, and coordination with internal teams and logistics partners to deliver a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily operations across marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.)
Monitor order processing, packing, dispatch, and delivery status
Coordinate with warehouse and logistics partners for timely shipments
Track inventory levels and ensure stock availability on portals
Handle RTO, returns, replacements, and customer escalations
Raise and follow up on cases for missing, damaged, or lost shipments
Reconcile orders, payments, and deductions with finance team
Prepare daily/weekly MIS reports (orders, sales, returns, aging, inventory)
Ensure compliance with marketplace SLAs and policies
Identify operational issues and suggest process improvements
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline (Operations / Management preferred)
1-4 years of experience in e-commerce operations
Hands-on experience with Seller Central / marketplace dashboards
Good knowledge of order fulfillment, inventory, and logistics processes
Proficient in MS Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables preferred)
Strong communication and coordination skills
