Job Description

We are looking for a sharp, detail-oriented MIS Expert to manage reporting, analytics, and performance dashboards for our fast-growing E-commerce business across platforms like Amazon, Myntra, Flipkart, Ajio, and Nykaa.

You will be responsible for transforming raw data into actionable insights and helping the management take smart decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports for all marketplaces Track orders, returns (RTO/NRTO), cancellations, payment reconciliations Monitor inventory, stock ageing, and FBA/Smart logistic dashboards Analyze product-wise profitability, margins, commissions & fees Extract and clean data from marketplace portals & Excel sheets Create automated dashboards in Excel / Google Sheets / Power BI Generate performance insights: top sellers, slow movers, pricing trends Liaise with marketplace account managers for insights & strategies Maintain accurate MIS files with 100% data integrity
Skills Required

Strong Excel skills (XLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Power Query, Macros preferred) Knowledge of marketplace panels: Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub,
Myntra Partner Portal, Ajio, Nykaa.

Understanding of e-commerce metrics (AOV, ROAS, TACOS, etc.) Ability to work with large datasets and create dashboards Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
Qualification

Graduate / Post Graduate in any discipline Certification in Excel / Data Analytics preferred Experience in e-commerce MIS is mandatory
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
