Product Management:
Uploading, managing, and optimizing product listings with accurate details, high-quality images, and appealing descriptions to enhance product visibility and appeal.
Website Merchandising:
Designing and maintaining a visually appealing and user-friendly website, including effective navigation, filtering, and sorting options to help customers find products easily.
Inventory Oversight:
Monitoring stock levels and coordinating with teams to ensure product availability and timely restocking to prevent stockouts and lost sales.
Sales & Strategy:
Developing and executing merchandising strategies to drive sales, improve conversion rates, and optimize the overall online shopping experience.
Performance Analysis:
Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyzing sales data, customer behavior, and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Working closely with marketing, design, product management, and customer service teams to ensure cohesive strategies and a consistent brand message across all channels.
