Roles & Responsibilities:-

Manage and scale performance marketing campaigns across E-commerce and marketplace platforms including Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, and other relevant marketplaces. Plan, execute, and optimise marketplace ad formats (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, Search Ads, etc.) to drive profitable growth. Own and continuously improve key performance metrics such as ACOS, ROAS, TACOS, CTR, CVR, and overall revenue growth. Conduct keyword research, bid optimisation, and search term mining to improve product visibility and ranking. Optimise product listings (titles, bullets, descriptions, images, A+ content) in collaboration with content and design teams to improve conversion rates. Monitor marketplace search trends, category movements, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities. Plan and execute launch strategies for new products including visibility, ranking, and review generation. Manage budgets, forecasts, and pacing to ensure efficient spend and maximum returns. Analyse performance data and prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights and recommendations. Collaborate with internal teams (brand, creative, supply chain, operations) to align marketing efforts with inventory and business goals. Drive deal participation, seasonal campaigns, and sale events (e.g., Prime Day, Big Billion Days, Nykaa sales). Test and scale new formats, placements, and optimisation strategies to improve efficiency and performance. Ensure adherence to marketplace policies, guidelines, and best practices.
