Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Head revenue and P&L for the entire Marketplace business.

Multi-Platform Marketplace Management:

Oversee day-to-day operations and on Amazon, Myntra, Flipkart, Blinkit and other relevant pet-focused marketplaces. Ensure all product listings are optimised, updated, and compliant with each platform's guidelines. Collaborate with performance marketing teams to ensure brand and content consistency across all marketplace assets.

Customer Service & Reputation Management:

Work closely with the customer service team to resolve customer queries, returns, and escalations across platforms. Monitor customer reviews, ratings, and feedback to enhance the brand's reputation and improve product positioning. Implement strategies to increase positive reviews and manage product Q&A sections effectively.

Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with category managers across all platforms. Negotiate better visibility placements, promotional slots, and exclusive brand campaigns with marketplace partners. Stay updated on marketplace algorithm changes, policy updates, and new feature rollouts.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or a related field. 2-4 years of experience in managing e-commerce marketplaces in D2C, preferably in the pet care segment. Deep understanding of marketplace algorithms, SEO for product listings, and platformspecific marketing strategies. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Google Analytics, and marketplace dashboard tools. Experience in inventory forecasting and customer service coordination. Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Ability to negotiate, communicate & establish and maintain strategic relationships with POCs.
