Digital Marketing Strategy: Create and manage digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, email, social media, paid ads) to attract traffic and increase sales.
Website & UX Optimization: Oversee the e-commerce website to improve user experience, navigation, and conversion rates through A/B testing and continuous improvements.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as traffic, conversion rates, sales data, and customer behavior to identify trends and opportunities.
Collaboration: Work closely with product, logistics, IT, design, and other marketing teams to ensure seamless operations and integrated marketing efforts.
Promotions & Merchandising: Develop and manage pricing strategies, promotional calendars, and product assortment to align with marketing objectives.
Marketplace Management: Manage product listings, content, and sales across various e-commerce platforms and marketplaces.
Customer Experience: Focus on creating a positive and seamless customer journey throughout the online shopping process. Key Skills & Qualifications
Digital Marketing Expertise: Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media marketing, and content creation.
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, track KPIs, and use insights to refine marketing strategies.
