( E-commerce Marketing Manager)
CTC- 8-10 LPA
Location:- Shalimar Bagh, Delhi

1. Operations & Strategies \xe2\x9c\x93 Manage daily operations for ecommerce including preparing and updating Product listing (Product data/specifications and images) on company\xe2\x80\x99s website and marketplaces, and order fulfilment.
\xe2\x9c\x93 List and manage the entire catalogue end to end on all major marketplaces.
\xe2\x9c\x93 Preparing & uploading A+ content with the help of info-graphics and Optimised SEO rich content.
\xe2\x9c\x93 Manage all online activity in relation to traffic acquisition, sales, conversion and a/b testing and reporting
\xe2\x9c\x93 Managing product inventory on company\xe2\x80\x99s website and online marketplaces
\xe2\x9c\x93 Coordination with new or existing partners for registrations and product listings
\xe2\x9c\x93 Managing brand and product content on company\xe2\x80\x99s websites and marketplaces.
2. Sales and Marketing
\xe2\x9c\x93 Online activity in relation to traffic acquisition, sales, conversion and a/b testing and reporting
\xe2\x9c\x93 Forecasting and Executing Monthly/ annual Sales Targets
\xe2\x9c\x93 End-to-end responsibility of e-commerce PL (revenue, margins, profitability) for sales through our e-commerce partners like Amazon, Flipkart, etc.
\xe2\x9c\x93 Evaluate the performance of new launches vs planned and execute changes required.
\xe2\x9c\x93 Developing and executing e-commerce strategies to drive online sales and improve customer experience, such as website optimization, product promotions and customer engagement initiatives.
Understanding drafting a Plan of Action(POA) against any suspended account or Suspended ASIN and being able to reinstate the Account of ASIN by providing plan of action.
\xe2\x9c\x93 Generate and deliver periodic (monthly/quarterly) reports to review the work done, analyze statistics and metrics, and provide recommendations for further improvements.
\xe2\x9c\x93 Generating all kinds of business reports, Sales Reports, and Return Reports and giving the business insight to add valuable input to improve the business efficiently.
Product portfolio

  • Identifying product lines we should introduce as per our policy \xe2\x80\xa2 Product mix optimisation for maximum volume \xe2\x80\xa2 Models and specs benchmarking with competition
  • Making USPs for all products to make sure our portfolio is meaningful
  • Make sure to introduce new models well in time
  • Identifying upcoming trends to make sure we cash on new products by launching in time. Brand Positioning
  • Developing and implementing Brand positioning strategies
  • All marketing material ,websites to be designed accordingly
3. Advertising
\xe2\x9c\x93 Planning, executing and optimizing marketing campaigns, including paid advertising campaigns of Amazon and other platforms.
\xe2\x9c\x93 Managing budgets effectively to maximise ROI.
\xe2\x9c\x93 Make strategies to improve conversion rate \xe2\x9c\x93 Run Ecommerce advertising with AMS,CPC, CPM
\xe2\x9c\x93 Increase ROAS
\xe2\x9c\x93 Monitor Campaigns and analyse them note down its effects on Sales
\xe2\x9c\x93 Understanding of improving product ranking organically on all the marketplaces.
\xe2\x9c\x93 Knowledge about managing Sponsor Product Campaign (Auto and Manual) on both Amazon and Flipkart efficiently with good RoI and ACoS.
4. Inventory Management
\xe2\x9c\x93 Creating FBA Shipment, Taking FC appointment and creating Removal Orders of all Unsold or damaged Inventory within the time.
\xe2\x9c\x93 Reviewing stock levels and sales data to maintain a stable supply and demand status
\xe2\x9c\x93 Plan Shipments so that no SKU goes out of stock
\xe2\x9c\x93 Working closely with demand planning, merchandising and warehouse teams to ensure the fulfilment of orders on time.

\xe2\x9c\x93 Reschedule missed appointments
\xe2\x9c\x93 Reconciliation of Inventory
5. Returns and Refunds

\xe2\x9c\x93 Monitoring and Managing the overall return rate for products sold on Market Place.
\xe2\x9c\x93 Identifying and addressing trends or issues leading to high return rates.
\xe2\x9c\x93 Implementing quality checks to assess the condition of returned products.
\xe2\x9c\x93 Ensuring that returns are processed in accordance with Amazon/ Flipkart\xe2\x80\x99s return policies and guidelines.
\xe2\x9c\x93 Managing the costs associated with returns, including shipping, restocking and disposal costs.
\xe2\x9c\x93 Identifying opportunities to reduce return-related expenses.
\xe2\x9c\x93 Gathering feedback from customers regarding the reasons for returns
6. Buyer\xe2\x80\x99s Messages
\xe2\x9c\x93 Addressing and resolving customer issues and concerns in a timely manner while ensuring efficiency.
7. Reports/ MIS
\xe2\x9c\x93 Providing weekly reports for plan vs actual wrt new models/product launch
\xe2\x9c\x93 Various reports to present marketing activity and results \xe2\x9c\x93 We Vs Competitors Analysis
\xe2\x9c\x93 Product Lind/ Product Mix performance reports
\xe2\x9c\x93 Identifying Hero product and strategize to encash maximum results Desired Key Skills
\xe2\x9c\x93 Professional Competencies Able to manage the team and should be a good team player.
\xe2\x9c\x93 Good Problem-solving skills and confidence to handle the process independently.

  • BBA/MBA in Marketing
  • Must have good understanding of E-commerce Market
  • Must have worked closely with e-commerce companies like Amazon and Flipkart
  • Candidate should have worked with emploers like Kitchen Appliances brands like Lifelong, Sunflame, Maharaja Whiteline, Borosil, Usha, Bajaj Appliances, wonderchef, Inalsa etc. OR
  • Candidate who have worked with E-commerce Marketing/ Sales Agencies as Category Manager/ Business Development Manager/ Business Development Executive/E-commerce Specialist
  • Good working experience in Excel/Google Sheets, MIS Reports
