1. Develop and implement eCommerce strategies to drive online sales and achieve revenue targets across platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Etc.
2. Manage and optimize the company's presence on Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and relevant Q-commerce dashboards -- including product listings, pricing, content, and inventory.
3. Monitor and analyze sales performance on all eCommerce channels, track key metrics (CTR, CVR, ACoS, etc.), and generate reports to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and promotions.
4. Listing Enhancements and Optimizations.
5. Coordinate with internal teams for content creation, stock availability, and timely dispatches to meet platform SLAs.
6. Explore and execute promotional opportunities like lightning deals, Q-commerce visibility campaigns, and seasonal campaigns.
7. Use data driven approach for campaigns planning and channel growth.
8. Stay updated on algorithm changes, platform policy updates, and industry trends to ensure compliance and optimization.
