Job Description

We are looking for a

result-driven E-commerce Marketing professional

who will be responsible for managing and executing

all marketing activities across multiple e-commerce platforms

. The role involves driving online sales growth through platform optimization, performance marketing, campaigns, and data-driven strategies.

Key ResponsibilitiesE-commerce Platform Management

Manage and optimize product listings across

Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, Firstcry, Blinkit, Zepto, etc.

Ensure accurate product content, pricing, images, keywords, and category mapping Monitor stock availability, pricing parity, and platform compliance
Performance & Digital Marketing

Plan and execute

platform ads

(Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, Myntra Ads, etc.) Manage

Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other performance channels

driving e-commerce sales
Campaigns & Promotions

Plan and execute

sales events, festive campaigns, deals, and discounts

Coordinate with platforms for banners, brand stores, and visibility campaigns Track campaign performance and prepare post-campaign reports
Analytics & Reporting

Analyze sales, traffic, and customer behavior data Generate daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports Identify growth opportunities through data insights
Brand & Growth Strategy

Develop platform-specific marketing strategies to increase revenue Work on new product launches across platforms Improve brand visibility, reviews, and ratings
Coordination & Compliance

Coordinate with internal teams (operations, design, catalog, finance) Ensure platform guidelines and policies are followed Handle vendor/platform communication when required
Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

2-5 years of experience

in e-commerce marketing Hands-on experience with

Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Shopify

Strong understanding of

performance marketing & analytics

Proficiency in Excel, dashboards, and reporting tools Excellent communication and campaign planning skills Optimize ROAS, CAC, CTR, and conversion rates
Preferred Skills

Experience with

D2C brands

Knowledge of SEO for e-commerce Familiarity with marketing automation tools Creative mindset with strong analytical ability
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?22,000.00 - ?27,000.00 per month
