E-Commerce Manager

to lead and grow our online jewellery business.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategies to

increase online sales and revenue

. Manage and execute

digital marketing campaigns

including SEO, PPC, and social media marketing. Oversee

website management

, ensuring smooth design, functionality, and user experience. Ensure a

seamless customer journey

and excellent online shopping experience. Monitor and optimize

sales funnel

to increase conversions. Analyze

data and reports

to identify trends and make data-driven decisions. Collaborate with

marketing, IT, and production teams

to achieve business goals. Manage

product listings, pricing, and online inventory

. Prepare and share

KPI reports

and performance updates with management.

Requirements

Minimum

2 years of experience

in

e-commerce or digital marketing

, preferably in the jewellery or fashion sector. Strong understanding of

online platforms

(Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.). Good knowledge of

SEO, Google Ads, and social media tools

. Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills. Proficiency in

Excel, analytics dashboards, and e-commerce tools

.
