E-Commerce Manager & Website Developer

to take full ownership of our online business -- ensuring our website runs smoothly, online sales grow steadily, and our digital storefront reflects the same excellence as our physical store.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Manage and maintain the company website

to ensure a seamless user experience.

Oversee end-to-end e-commerce operations

, including product listings, inventory sync, order processing, and fulfillment.

Increase online sales

through SEO, performance marketing coordination, and site optimization. Ensure

website security, speed, and mobile responsiveness

at all times.

Upload and update products

, banners, and promotions regularly. Analyze

website traffic, conversion rates, and user behavior

, implementing data-driven improvements. Collaborate with marketing teams on

campaigns, online offers, and social media integrations

. Handle

technical troubleshooting

, liaising with developers or agencies if required. Prepare

sales reports, analytics dashboards, and performance reviews

for management.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree

in Computer Science, Web Development, E-Commerce, or related field.

3+ years of experience

managing e-commerce websites (preferably in fashion or retail). Proficiency in

Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, or similar platforms

. Solid knowledge of

HTML, CSS, JavaScript

, and basic back-end management. Experience with

SEO, Google Analytics, and online marketing tools

. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. Good understanding of

digital branding, UX, and online customer experience
