Ensure timely stock updates and prevent overselling or stock discrepancies.
Order Processing & Fulfilment Coordination
Oversee daily order processing across all platforms.
Coordinate packing, labeling, and dispatch with internal teams and logistics partners.
Website & Platform Management
Update product listings, pricing, stock availability, and descriptions on the website and marketplaces.
Ensure accuracy and consistency of product information across platforms.
Customer Feedback & Support Coordination
Monitor customer reviews, ratings, and feedback across platforms.
Coordinate resolution of customer complaints and service-related issues.
Requirements:
Graduate / Postgraduate.
3-7 years of experience in e-commerce operations, preferably handling Amazon and D2C websites.
Experience in pricing, inventory management, order fulfilment, and quick commerce operations.
