Key responsibilities
Plan and execute ecommerce sales strategy for women's bottomwear across website and marketplaces, aligned to monthly and seasonal targets.
Manage product listings: titles, descriptions, attributes, size charts, images, A+ content and SEO keywords to maximise visibility and conversions.
Handle catalog upload and maintenance on platforms (website CMS/Shopify, marketplace seller panels), ensuring 100% accuracy in price, stock and offers.
Plan assortments and collections by category (leggings, palazzos, trousers, jeggings, skirts, etc.), based on trends and sales data.
Run promotions, deals, coupons and campaigns in coordination with marketing; monitor ROAS, conversion rate, AOV and other key metrics.
Coordinate with production/warehouse for inventory planning, replenishment, dispatch SLAs and reduction of out?of?stock situations.
Monitor marketplace performance (ratings, returns, cancellations, buy box, penalties) and take corrective actions
Analyze sales, traffic and customer behaviour reports; prepare weekly/monthly performance dashboards with actionable insights.
Ensure high standard of product presentation consistent with brand identity and fashion aesthetics for women's wear.
Liaise with customer support for order issues, returns and feedback to improve product quality and service experience.
Required experience
2-4 years of hands?on experience in ecommerce management or marketplace operations in apparel, preferably women's fashion.
Proven track record of managing catalog and sales on at least one major marketplace (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, etc.) and one website platform (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento).
Strong understanding of product sizing, fits, fabrics and construction in women's bottomwear or related categories.
Experience in planning promotions, using seller panels, and interpreting ecommerce analytics dashboards.
Skills and competencies
Strong working knowledge of ecommerce dashboards, Excel/Google Sheets and basic analytics tools.
Good grasp of marketplace algorithms, SEO for product listings, and on?site merchandising principles
Detail?oriented with ability to manage large product catalogs and maintain high data accuracy.
Commercial mindset with ability to read numbers and convert them into practical decisions on pricing, assortment and stock.
Effective communication and coordination skills to work with production, warehouse, marketing and customer support teams.
