Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement e-commerce sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Manage and optimize listings on platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, and other marketplaces.
Analyze sales data and customer behavior to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with marketing, logistics, and product teams to ensure alignment on promotions, inventory, and customer service.
Oversee digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, email, social media) to drive traffic and conversions.
Monitor competitor activity and market trends to maintain a competitive edge.
Manage relationships with third-party vendors, logistics partners, and platform account managers.
Ensure high standards of product presentation, pricing accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
Prepare regular reports on sales performance, ROI, and KPIs for senior management.
Key Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in e-commerce sales or digital marketing.
Strong understanding of online sales platforms and digital marketing tools.
Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Excel, Shopify Analytics).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
