Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy & Planning:

Develop and implement end-to-end e-commerce strategy, including sales targets and channel expansion (brand site, marketplaces).

Website Management:

Oversee site design, functionality, content, merchandising, and product listings to enhance user experience (UX).

Digital Marketing:

Manage campaigns across SEO, SEM (PPC), email, social media, and affiliates to drive traffic and conversions.

Performance Optimization:

Use A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and data analysis to improve sales funnels and customer journey.

Data Analysis:

Monitor KPIs (traffic, AOV, CAC, ROAS) using tools like Google Analytics, reporting insights to leadership.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work with IT, marketing, creative, logistics, and customer service teams for seamless operations.

Promotions & Campaigns:

Plan and execute promotional offers, new product launches, and seasonal campaigns.

Team Leadership:

May involve hiring, training, and managing junior e-commerce staff.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
