Role Overview - E-commerce Manager
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented
E-commerce Manager
who can independently manage and grow Payal Herbal's online sales across multiple platforms. The role involves
end-to-end ownership of e-commerce operations, marketing, and performance optimisation
.
Key ResponsibilitiesE-commerce Operations
Manage day-to-day operations on e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, website, etc.).
Ensure accurate product listings, pricing, inventory coordination, and order fulfillment.
Monitor marketplace dashboards, settlements, returns, and customer issues.
E-commerce Marketing & Growth
Plan and execute e-commerce marketing campaigns (Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, website promotions).
Optimize product listings (titles, images, keywords, descriptions) to improve visibility and conversions.
Manage offers, discounts, festive sales, and promotional campaigns.
Coordinate with creative/content teams for banners, creatives, and product visuals.
Performance & Analytics
Track sales performance, conversion rates, ROAS, and key marketplace metrics.
Prepare weekly/monthly sales and performance reports.
Identify growth opportunities and continuously improve online revenue.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Graduate
2-3 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce management
Strong experience with
Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub
, and website stores
Knowledge of e-commerce advertising, SEO for product listings, and online promotions
Basic understanding of inventory management and coordination with accounts/logistics teams
Data-driven, proactive, and able to work independently
What We Offer

Fixed office hours (11 AM - 7 PM) with
