Manage day-to-day operations of the e-commerce website and/or marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.)
Ensure accurate product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory updates
Oversee site performance, UX, and mobile optimization
Sales & Growth
Drive online revenue growth through merchandising, promotions, and campaigns
Monitor conversion rates, AOV, traffic, and customer behavior
Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and bundling
Digital Marketing Collaboration
Work with marketing teams on SEO, SEM, email, social, and paid ads
Support product launches and seasonal campaigns
Analyze campaign performance and ROI
Analytics & Reporting
Track KPIs such as sales, traffic, conversion rate, cart abandonment, and CAC
Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations
Use tools like Google Analytics, dashboards, and marketplace reports
Operations & Customer Experience
Coordinate with supply chain and fulfillment teams to ensure timely delivery
Manage returns, refunds, and customer feedback loops
Improve customer journey and post-purchase experience
Platform & Technology
Manage e-commerce platforms, integrations, and basic troubleshooting
Coordinate with developers/IT for upgrades and enhancements
Ensure site security and compliance best practices
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
2-5 years of experience in e-commerce or retail digital operations
Experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, or marketplaces)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Understanding of digital marketing and online merchandising
Preferred Skills
Experience in omnichannel retail
Knowledge of SEO, CRO, and UX principles
Familiarity with inventory and order management systems
Strong communication and project management skills
