Job Description

The Senior E-Commerce Manager (Amazon, E bay, walmart) will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end e-commerce operations, driving online sales growth, managing marketplace accounts, improving product visibility, and ensuring smooth coordination between internal teams. The role requires strong analytical skills, leadership qualities, and hands-on experience with major e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities



Strategic Planning & Growth



Develop and execute e-commerce strategies to drive sales and profitability. Identify growth opportunities across marketplaces and D2C platforms. Forecast sales, plan monthly targets, and ensure achievement of KPIs.

Marketplace Management



Handle operations for major marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, etc. Manage product listings, pricing, promotions, and catalog optimization. Oversee inventory planning, order flow, and stock health.

PPC & Marketing Coordination



Monitor and optimize PPC campaigns to improve visibility and conversions. Coordinate with marketing teams for promotions, creatives, and brand campaigns. Track marketing ROI and recommend adjustments where needed.

Operations & Process Management



Ensure smooth order processing, dispatch, returns, and replacement management. Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and customer support teams. Handle seller dashboards, compliance issues, claims, and penalties.

Analytics & Reporting



Analyse sales trends, competitor performance, and category insights. Prepare weekly/monthly reports on revenue, ads performance, sell-through rate, and return ratios. Provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.

Team Management



Lead and mentor the e-commerce operations team. Allocate tasks and ensure timely execution. Conduct performance reviews and assist in hiring team members.

Requirements & Skills



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field. Strong knowledge of end-to-end e-commerce operations and marketplace policies. Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, etc. Good understanding of PPC campaigns, SEO for product listings, and promotional tools. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple stakeholders. Proficiency in Excel, reporting tools, and dashboards.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,150.90 per month
