Oversee the daily operations of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, Amazon, Flipkart, etc.).
Ensure the website is optimized for user experience, conversion, and SEO.

Digital Marketing & Growth-
ollaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute digital campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, email marketing, influencer partnerships).
Track and analyze traffic, conversion rates, and ROI from online marketing initiatives
5. Analytics & Reporting

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rate, average order value (AOV), customer lifetime value (CLV), and cart abandonment rate.
Generate performance reports and present insights to management.
Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics, Power BI, etc.) to drive data-backed decisions.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
4-8 years of experience in e-commerce management, digital marketing, or online retail. Proficiency in SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and marketing automation tools.
Strong leadership and project management capabilities.
