We are looking for an experienced and results-driven
E-Commerce Manager
to lead our online sales strategy, manage e-commerce platforms, and drive digital marketing initiatives to boost traffic, conversion, and revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute e-commerce strategies aligned with business goals.
Manage online platforms, ensuring optimal functionality and user experience.
Plan and run SEO, PPC, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and marketplace campaigns.
Handle product listings, pricing, promotions, and merchandising across platforms.
Analyze data, track KPIs, and provide actionable insights for growth.
Ensure smooth customer journeys from browsing to post-purchase service.
Collaborate with marketing, IT, and operations teams for seamless execution.
Manage third-party marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, and Noon.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
8-10 years of experience in e-commerce and digital marketing.
Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC, analytics tools, and e-commerce CMS.
Skills & Attributes:
Expertise in online sales strategy and performance marketing.
Proficiency in Google Analytics, Excel, and marketplace portals.
Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills.
