2. Marketplace & Website Management
Manage listings, pricing, content, and promotions across platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, IndiaMART, TradeIndia, and company's own e-commerce website.
Ensure accurate product data, descriptions, specifications, images, and SEO-optimized content.
Monitor and optimize inventory for online sales channels to ensure availability and timely fulfillment.
3. Digital Marketing & Branding
Collaborate with the marketing team to design digital campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, SEM, Influencer Marketing).
Track customer behavior and implement strategies to improve conversion rates.
Manage social media shops, catalog integration, and online reputation management.
4. Customer Experience & Service
Monitor order fulfillment, logistics, and after-sales support to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Handle escalations, returns, replacements, and online customer service queries efficiently.
Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve the e-commerce experience.
5. Analytics & Reporting
Track KPIs such as website traffic, conversion rates, CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost), CLV (Customer Lifetime Value), and sales revenue.
Prepare monthly/quarterly reports on performance, competitor analysis, and ROI on campaigns.
Provide data-driven insights to management for decision-making.

Understanding of sanitaryware and bathroom fittings product categories, specifications, and consumer behavior.
Digital marketing knowledge (SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, Ads Manager, etc.).
