Position Overview
The E-commerce Manager will own and scale Kashish's digital business, including D2C website and marketplace operations. This role is responsible for digital revenue growth, performance marketing, operational efficiency, catalog management, and customer lifecycle optimization, ensuring Kashish's premium positioning is reflected across all online channels.
Key Responsibilities
1. Digital Sales & Marketing
Develop and execute growth strategies for D2C and marketplaces.
Manage performance marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, influencer networks, and affiliates.
Optimize product listings, pricing, and merchandising for higher conversion.
Drive SEO and content strategy for organic traffic growth.
Implement retention campaigns via email, WhatsApp, and push notifications.
2. Operations & Fulfillment
Oversee order management, fulfillment, and delivery SLAs.
Coordinate with logistics partners and warehouse teams for smooth operations.
Implement automation in CRM, OMS, and ERP integrations.
Reduce reverse logistics costs and SLA breaches.
3. Customer Experience & Loyalty
Launch loyalty programs and tiered rewards.
Build omnichannel support infrastructure (IVR, WhatsApp, Live Chat).
Train CX team for upselling and proactive engagement.
4. Catalog & Backend Optimization
Manage PIM systems for enriched product content.
Ensure timely SKU onboarding with proper taxonomy and media.
Collaborate with creative teams for UX improvements.
5. Financial Planning & Profitability
Automate P&L reporting and reconciliation.
Track returns, claims, and vendor fees to minimize leakages.
Optimize CAC and improve EBITDA margins.
6. Analytics & Business Intelligence
Build dashboards using Google Looker Studio / Power BI.
Monitor sales KPIs, retention curves, and funnel performance.
Use data-driven experimentation for growth optimization.
