Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end ecommerce operations on Amazon, Flipkart, and D2C platforms.
Lead product listing strategy, pricing, inventory planning, and catalog optimization.
Monitor and improve key metrics such as traffic, CTR, conversion rate, revenue, and ROAS.
Plan and execute marketplace events, festive sales, and promotional campaigns.
Manage marketplace advertising (Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads) and optimize budgets for ROI.
Oversee order fulfillment, returns, cancellations, and customer escalations.
Track reviews and ratings to maintain strong brand reputation.
Lead and mentor ecommerce executives/coordinators.
Prepare performance reports and present insights to leadership.
Collaborate with marketing, design, warehouse, logistics, and finance teams.
Required Skills & Experience
2-6 years of hands-on experience in ecommerce or marketplace operations.
Strong experience with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Meesho, Ajio, etc.
Proven expertise in ecommerce KPIs, catalog SEO, and ad campaign optimization.
Proficiency in MS Excel and performance reporting.
Experience managing teams and multi-channel operations.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Ecommerce, or related field.
Certifications in Digital Marketing or Ecommerce are a plus.
