Team Operations Manager -- Oversee and systematize day-to-day e-commerce operations, managing team members to ensure smooth, efficient, and accountable workflows, relieving senior management from routine operational burdens.

Key Responsibilities
Develop, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns across multiple platforms
Leverage in-depth knowledge of Amazon Seller Central for listings, compliance, reporting, and advertising
Analyze performance data to drive actionable improvements
Stay current with marketplace policies, advertising trends, and best practices
Oversee and structure day-to-day team operations and workflows
Build and enforce efficient processes and SOPs
Motivate, mentor, and hold team members accountable
Act as the primary escalation point for issues, shielding senior management from routine distractions
