Job Summary:

The E-Commerce Manager is responsible for managing and optimizing online sales on website, ensuring smooth operation of e-commerce website, and executing digital marketing strategies to drive sales and customer engagement. This role involves coordination with marketing, logistics, and customer service teams to enhance the overall online shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

1. E-Commerce Operations:

Manage product listings, descriptions, pricing, and promotions on website.

Ensure product images, content, and specifications are updated and aligned with brand guidelines.

Monitor stock levels and coordinate with inventory teams for replenishment.

Optimize product listings for SEO and user engagement.

2. Digital Marketing & Sales Growth:

Implement and monitor online advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).

Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional strategies and seasonal offers.

Analyze website traffic, sales data, and customer behavior to optimize conversions.

Improve customer retention through email marketing, loyalty programs, and retargeting strategies.

3. Order Management & Customer Support:

Ensure smooth order processing, shipping, and delivery in coordination with logistics teams.

Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns efficiently.

Improve customer experience by analyzing feedback and implementing service enhancements.

4. Performance Analysis & Reporting:

Track and report key performance metrics such as sales, conversion rates, and ROI.

Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, CRM, etc.) to measure campaign effectiveness.

Provide insights and recommendations to improve overall e-commerce performance.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field.

Experience with e-commerce platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce.

Knowledge of social media marketing.
