We are seeking a results-driven and creative E-Commerce Manager to lead our online sales strategy, manage marketplace operations, and grow brand visibility across digital platforms. You will oversee all aspects of e-commerce performance--from product listings and pricing to marketing campaigns and analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize online sales channels such as the company website, Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, and other marketplaces.
Develop and execute e-commerce growth strategies to increase sales and improve customer experience.
Oversee product listings, inventory, pricing, and promotional campaigns.
Coordinate with the marketing, design, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth operations and brand consistency.
Monitor KPIs such as conversion rate, AOV, ROAS, and customer retention metrics.
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns including SEO, SEM, email, and influencer collaborations.
Track competitor performance and market trends to identify new opportunities.
Prepare regular reports and insights for management review.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience in e-commerce management & digital marketing (D2C experience preferred).
Strong understanding of online sales funnels, analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.), and e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.).
Excellent communication and project-management skills.
Data-driven mindset with creative problem-solving ability.
Preferred:
Experience in beauty, wellness, or lifestyle brands.
Knowledge of performance marketing and automation tools.
