Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the company's e-commerce platforms (own website + marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) Oversee product listing, pricing, catalog management, and inventory updates Plan and execute online sales strategies, campaigns, and promotional activities Coordinate with digital marketing, design, logistics, and warehouse teams Optimize product pages with SEO-friendly titles, descriptions, and keywords Track and analyze e-commerce performance metrics (sales, conversion rates, ROAS, etc.) Manage customer service processes for online orders and ensure timely resolutions Forecast demand and collaborate on stock planning with the supply chain team Stay updated on e-commerce trends, platform updates, and competitor activity
