Job Title: Ecommerce Executive.
Department: Sales & Marketing
Reporting To: CFO
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day management of the e-commerce websites.
Ensure accurate and up-to-date product listings, descriptions, images, and pricing.
Develop and implement online marketing strategies, including SEO, email campaigns, and social media advertising.
Monitor website traffic, conversion rates, and sales performance using analytics tools.
Create and manage promotional campaigns such as discounts, seasonal offers, and special events.
Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely manner.
Coordinate with warehouse team to maintain accurate inventory levels.
Monitor order processing, fulfilment, and shipping to ensure timely delivery.
Provide regular reports on key performance metrics to management.
Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
Identify opportunities to expand product offerings or enhance the website.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications and Skills Required:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration.
Proven experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or retail.
Proficiency in e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce).
Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and other marketing tools.
Familiarity with inventory management systems and CRM tools.
Experience :
3 ~ 5 Years experience in handling listing & order processing.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
