Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations of the e-commerce website
Optimize product listings, pricing, promotions, and merchandising
Drive sales through CRO, SEO, email marketing, and paid campaigns
Coordinate with design, marketing, and logistics teams
Monitor website performance, traffic, and conversion metrics
Manage marketplace operations (Amazon, First Cry , Ajio, etc.)
Ensure seamless order processing, fulfillment, and returns
Analyze sales data and prepare weekly/monthly reports
