About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented

E-Commerce Manager

to manage our online business on

Flipkart and Amazon

. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with listings, inventory management, order processing, advertising, and overall marketplace operations.

Key Responsibilities Marketplace Management

Manage seller accounts on

Amazon & Flipkart

Create, upload, and optimize product listings Manage product catalog, pricing, category mapping, and variations

Order & Inventory Handling

Track daily orders and ensure timely order processing Coordinate with warehouse/logistics team for packaging & dispatch Monitor stock levels and avoid stockouts

Advertising & Growth

Run and optimize

Amazon Sponsored Ads

and

Flipkart Ads

Plan promotions, deals, coupons, and offers Track campaign performance and improve ROAS

Reports & Analytics

Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports Track competitor pricing and marketplace trends Maintain performance metrics (Buy Box, account health, returns, cancellations)

Customer Support

Respond to customer queries Handle returns, replacements, and resolution cases Maintain a high seller rating

Skills Required

Minimum

1-2 years of experience

in managing Amazon & Flipkart Strong understanding of marketplace dashboards Knowledge of listing optimization, keyword research, SEO Basic skills in Excel/Google Sheets Good communication & problem-solving skills

Qualification

Bachelor's Degree (preferred) Experience in e-commerce marketplace management is mandatory
