Manage daily operations of company's e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, etc.).
Handle product listing, catalog management, pricing, and inventory updates.
Optimize product titles, descriptions, and keywords to improve visibility and sales.
Monitor order processing, dispatch coordination, returns, and customer queries.
Analyze sales performance and prepare regular reports on online sales and traffic.
Coordinate with the production and dispatch teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Develop and implement promotional campaigns and discount strategies to boost sales.
Stay updated on competitor activity and industry trends to improve online presence
Ensure product images, descriptions, and stock details are accurate across all platforms.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum
2 years of experience
in e-commerce operations (preferably in textiles or fashion).
Strong knowledge of e-commerce marketplaces (Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, etc.).
Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets for reporting and data analysis.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
