Position Overview

We are looking for a skilled

E-Commerce Manager

who can independently handle and grow our online sales. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience managing

Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho seller accounts

, along with strong knowledge of listings, ads, operations, and growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Marketplace Account Management

Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho seller accounts ka daily management Listings upload/update, catalog creation, variation setup Product titles, bullet points, keywords, A+ content optimization

Inventory & Order Management

Stock monitoring, reorder planning Order processing, return management, and cancellation control
?

Advertising & Promotions

Amazon ads, Flipkart ads setup & optimization Promotions, deals, coupons, campaign planning
?

Growth & Analytics

Competitor analysis, pricing strategy, and sales forecasting Weekly/monthly performance reports Best-selling trends identify karna & growth strategies implement karna
?

Customer Service

Customer queries, feedback, and seller support ticket handling Ratings & reviews management
?

Compliance

Marketplace policies ka knowledge Listing suppression, account health, and performance metrics maintain karna

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum

2 years

of E-commerce account management experience

Flipkart, Amazon, Meesho

seller accounts ka strong practical knowledge MS Excel proficiency (VLOOKUP, Pivot, basic formulas) Strong communication and coordination skills Self-driven, target-oriented, and problem-solving mindset

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with packaging, dispatch & warehouse coordination Knowledge of product photoshoot & creatives requirement Basic understanding of GST invoices and reconciliations
