Manage and optimize product listings, images, titles, and descriptions across Myntra, Ajio, and Flipkart.
Ensure accurate inventory, pricing, and category mapping to maximize visibility and sales.
Handle new product uploads and seasonal catalog updates.
2. Pricing, Discounts & Promotions
Develop effective pricing strategies based on market trends and competition.
Plan and execute platform-led promotions, end-of-season sales, and discount campaigns.
Collaborate with category managers on platform deals and brand store activations.
3. Advertising & Campaign Management
Plan, execute, and monitor
Ads Campaigns
(Flipkart Ads, M-Ads, Ajio Ads) for brand visibility and conversion.
Analyze ad performance metrics to optimize ROI and drive customer acquisition.
4. Payment & Reconciliation
Oversee payment tracking and reconciliation with marketplaces.
Manage claims, deductions, and ensure timely resolution of financial discrepancies.
5. Sales Performance & Data Analysis
Track sales performance and generate analytical reports for management.
Identify growth opportunities through sales trends, pricing performance, and competitor benchmarking.
Recommend and execute strategies for improving sales and profit margins.
6. Inventory & Coordination
Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams to maintain stock levels and minimize order cancellations.
Manage product returns, replacements, and ensure a smooth order fulfillment process.
7. Brand Growth & Relationship Management
Maintain strong relationships with marketplace category managers.
Develop and execute strategic plans to grow the brand's market share on each platform.
Key Skills & Requirements:
Hands-on experience managing Myntra, Ajio, and Flipkart seller panels.
Strong knowledge of listing optimization, pricing, and campaign management.
Excellent analytical and Excel skills for reporting and reconciliation.
Strong understanding of marketplace algorithms and promotional tools.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple platforms and meet tight deadlines.
Preferred Experience:
3-6 years of experience in
