Key Responsibilities:
Manage overall brand performance across Myntra, Ajio, and Flipkart.
Plan and implement strategies to
increase sales and grow brand visibility
.
Conduct
growth panel analysis
and prepare performance reports for management.
Handle
product listings, catalog management, pricing, and discount strategies
.
Run and optimize
advertising campaigns, promotions, and order boost activities
.
Oversee
inventory planning and stock management
across platforms.
Perform
sales forecasting, competitor benchmarking, and ROI analysis
.
Ensure smooth
payment reconciliation and issue resolution
with marketplaces.
Work closely with design, production, and marketing teams to align launches with platform requirements.
Requirements:
2-3 years of proven experience
in e-commerce operations (Myntra, Ajio, Flipkart).
Strong knowledge of
female ethnic wear/fashion category
.
Proficiency in
Advanced Excel
(pivot tables, VLOOKUP, dashboards, data analysis).
Hands-on experience in
sales growth strategies, ad campaigns, and platform analytics
.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team coordination skills.
Ability to take ownership of brand performance and deliver measurable growth.
